Anita and Michael Farrell are the Farrell team.  www.anitaandmichaelfarrell.com   Anita has been a Realtor for 15 years and holds the CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist), the ABR  (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and the CRS (Certified Relocation Specialist) designations.  Listing properties and working with buyers is both a joy and a challenge. This is a second xcareer for both Anita and Michael.  Anita was a medical professional and Michael and engineer. 

We take buyers from an initial consultation throught the process of finding financing, defining their wants and needs, looking at property, and on to the contract, inspections, and the final closing of the property and moving into the home.  We are with them every step of the way.

When listing a property, we make very careful market evaluations, inspection of the property, and recommend a pricing strategy, a marketing plan, and make recommendations for preparing the property for the market.  We have an extensive marketing strategy which we implement right away, and begin showing the property  Once again we are there every step of the way to the presentation of offers, inspections, subsequent negotiations, and the gathering of all the necessary paperwork for the closing of the sale.
